Gingerbread Men

This afternoon we read The Gingerbread Man and made Gingerbread cookies. Helen's favorite part was eating the dough but she did a good job at helping to dump the ingredients in and mix them up. We cut out several gingerbread men and then decided to use a few other cookie cutters as well. Helen's favorite was the star. The whole time the cookies were baking Helen sat on the floor by the oven and held the star cookie cutter and pointed to the cookie cutter and then to the star cookie in the oven.

    My favorite part is definitely eating the dough. Why should there be other parts?

    J that is one of the strangest things I have ever heard. How could you not eat the dough. It doesn't really give you worms. I can't eat the dough currently because of the Bambino.
